Kenston Girls LAX Clinic

The Kenston Girls Lacrosse Team has the perfect camp for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or someone who has played the game for years.

The camp format allows you to get personal individual instruction and provides an opportunity to play and learn specific offensive and defensive sets.

It is our goal that you enhance your individual skills, learn new techniques, make new friends, and enjoy your time while playing with our current Kenston High School players.

Please bring Lacrosse stick, goggles, mouthguard and water bottle.

NEW! Gateway Girls Lacrosse Camp

July 8th – July 12th

HALF DAY: 9:00am – 12:00pm
FULL DAY: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Have fun with your lacrosse friends and get to that next LAX level. Gateway’s unique teaching method incorporates an understanding of athletic skills (throwing and catching, hand-eye, footwork, etc.) and applies them to lacrosse. This camp reinforces lacrosse basics and focuses on concepts such as setting a pick, Zone D, spacing, communication.

Character development and Leadership are incorporated into the program.
Think Position Specific, Spacing, Lax IQ, full field, 3 v 3 play, Field Communication… they are all featured.

Learn how your feet, core, hands and eyes incorporate into athletic skills that simplify lacrosse as well as the other sports. Expect soccer balls, frisbees, volleyballs, water balloons, skipping ropes, and agility ladders.

NEEDED: Equipment needed: mouth guard, goggles and lacrosse stick, water bottle.
Full Day campers, please bring a lunch each day.

Girls Youth Travel Lacrosse for 4th-8th Grades.
Indoor Conditioning starts on Sundays in early February; time and location to be determined. Teams will condition outside as soon as fields are playable.
