Begin your day with a 30-minute mobility flow and stretch designed to promote better functional movement and improved range of motion. Decrease muscle tension, reduce risk of injury, and boost circulation with this all-ages/abilities class.
 
Bring an exercise mat, water, and stretch band.

FUSION-FIT is a 45-minute strength and conditioning workout that will keep you engaged and progressing toward your goals. Feel like you have a personal trainer working with you while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow participants in a non-competitive atmosphere. Work at your own level and leave each class feeling challenged, successful, and energized.
 
Bring dumbbells (2-8 lbs., depending on experience), water, an exercise mat, and a stretch band.

This class is designed to use the best elements of strength training, yoga class, and the most effective fitness techniques.  Everyone, first time beginners, to the experienced, will gain strength, and flexibility. Health benefits include, lowering stress, blood pressure, and pulse rate, improved circulation, improves lung function, brain function, and increase immunity.  Move through the workout at your own level and pace. Modifications are always available. This is the you’ve been looking for to bring balance to your mind and body.
Bring a mat, two 3 to 7lb hand weights, water, a 7 inch ball and your commitment to a stronger healthier you!  If weather cooperates, class may be held outside!

The aerobic routines are designed for anyone – at any age, experience, or fitness level – to have a blast and get fit. Summer Saturday is a workout designed to stretch , strengthen and energize.
All fitness levels are welcome. Work out at your own pace, modifying as you go.
Enjoy the Summer weather as we work outside.
 
Bring a mat, a large beach towel for underneath your mat if desired, a 5lb dumbbell, water and a smile. If weather is wet or cold class will be held in the Gardiner Gym.
